Aura Fat Freeze Clinic provides non-invasive body contouring and fat reduction treatments. All services are offered by appointment only.
Our treatments are non-surgical and results may vary from person to person. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for consulting a medical professional if they have any health concerns before booking.
Bookings must be made in advance. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiting the session or being charged a cancellation fee.
All services must be paid for in full before or at the time of treatment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed treatments, packages, or missed appointments. Prepaid sessions or packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original client.
Aura Fat Freeze Clinic will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients accept that results are not guaranteed and depend on individual factors such as lifestyle, body type, and adherence to aftercare recommendations.
All client information will be kept strictly confidential and used only for booking, treatment, and communication purposes.

All peptide products sold on this website are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
These products are not medicines and are not approved by SAHPRA for human or veterinary use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing, the customer confirms that the products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes and not for personal use, consumption, or resale for human application.
Shipping & Delivery
Please note that our products are not shipped with ice packs. Standard courier delivery can take 3–5 business days, and cooling methods such as ice packs are not effective for the full duration of transit.
These products are stable at room temperature during transport and storage prior to first use. Refrigeration is generally only required once a product has been opened and is actively in use, unless otherwise specified. Our suppliers also store and distribute these products under the same conditions.
Many peptide and amino-based formulations contain stabilizing agents designed to help maintain product integrity during normal transit conditions, including moderate temperature exposure.
All orders are securely packaged with protective bubble wrapping to help prevent physical damage during shipping. We take great care in preparing parcels to maintain product quality throughout the delivery process.
By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts these storage and shipping conditions.
All online orders require 1–2 working days for processing before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier service and typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on the delivery location.
Please note that processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
